New contract required to renew existing BrowserStack licences Additional information: This variation increases the value of the contract from £600,000.00 as originally published on Contracts Finder, to £666,665.21. This variation is being made in accordance with Regulation 72(1)(b) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The services provided under the contract remain the same, being the provision of BrowserStack Software Licences. However, there has been an unforeseen need to uplift the contract value due to an increase in the number of teams using BrowserStack since contract inception. During the original, there have been a number of non-substantial amendments to the contract, reflecting the agile nature of the services. It has also come to the attention of NHS England that the original value of £600,000 and date of expiry of 12th August 2024 included in the Contract Notice for the contract publication included an estimated contract value and expiry date. The accurate 'Total Final Value' and expiry date of the contract is £666,665.21 and expiry date of 13th August 2025. This value includes the cost of all contract variations undertaken within the during the initial and extended term to date.
