Tender description

Provision of third-party logistics services for the outbound consolidated delivery trial at Billingsgate Market. Lot 1: The Outbound Consolidation project is the first trial of new logistical systems and operating models and is intended to provide lessons learned for later more complex trials. The trial will consolidate outbound delivery of smaller packages of goods from Billingsgate Market that would otherwise require the customer or trader to send a van for collection/distribution. The consolidation will allow individual vehicles from the trial to deliver multiple packages to multiple customers from several traders using a dynamic delivery model.
