The Authority is seeking to appoint a capable and competent supplier for the provision of a Discovery phase, including development of prototypes and user research, exploring how voice might be used as a channel alongside the NHS App, NHS.UK website (and upcoming consolidated NHS Account) to allow citizens to access personalised/transactional NHS services through smart speakers and voice assistants.
