This is an Award Notice only. Transport Infrastructure Ireland (the Authority) has appointed Ove Arup & Partners Ireland Ltd t/a Arup to a single party Framework for the provision of services in order to ensure the delivery of its Sustainability Implementation Plan that will requires a significant level of organisational and cultural change in addition to strong stakeholder management and engagement (both internal and external) and robust governance arrangements. It is in this context that TII sought to procure the services as set out in the tender docuements. The appointed technical advisor will be required to deliver such services as: Strategic Sustainability Programme Management Office (PMO); Collaboration, Stakeholder Engagement and Communications and Additional Associated Services. The framework contract shall be for a period of three years with the option to extend for a period of up to one additional year. Lot 1: TII exists to fulfil an important purpose of national strategic significance, touching the lives of citizens and visitors alike on a daily basis. Our purpose is to provide sustainable transport infrastructure and services, delivering a better quality of life, supporting economic growth and respecting the environment. We have established a single party framework for the provision of Sustainability: Cross Organisational co-ordination, monitoring and programme management services. The Services to be delivered will be provided on a task order basis following an initial call-off from the Framework. The estimated value for this Framework is projected based on the value of this rates multiplied by the estimated scope that the technical advisor will need to deliver, over the full lifespan of the framework @ circa €16m. However, allowing for contingency the Framework Amount not to exceed is €20m.
