Sefton Council Housing Programme - Retained External Legal Advisor to Provide Expert Legal Advice and Support to the Council in Respect of Council Housing. A suitably qualified and experienced retained external legal advisor to provide expert legal advice and support to the Council in respect of Council housing. The contract period will run from May 2022 to 31st March 2025 with the option to extend for a further 12-month period to 31st March 2026. A mini competition has been undertaken through the North West Legal Consortium Framework. The brief was issued on Monday 4th April 2022 and bids invited from all Law Firms on the framework.
