Pseudo-DPS for the Provision of Specialist Therapeutic Services 2022 - 2026

Tender description

Bedford Borough Council ('the Council') has a requirement for ad-hoc packages of therapeutic support, based on the needs of individual children, young people and families. Referrals are based on the recommendations of assessments by BBC practitioners or statutory partners (e.g. Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services, Community Health Services, Youth Offending Service) that the service user's education, care or health needs can best be met by specialist intervention. This Contract will function as a Pseudo-Dynamic Purchasing System (ps-DPS), from which individual Services will be called off when required. There is no limit to the number of Suppliers who may be approved to deliver Services under this Contract; however, Suppliers should note that approval on the ps-DPS is no guarantee of receiving work.
