Tender description

This is a Dynamic Purchasing System in three lots for the provision of: i) management services for component replacements; ii) building fire safety and risk assessment services for apartment blocks and multi-unit developments; and iii) consultancy services for property acquisitions. Lot 243320: 1. Management services for component replacements Typical examples of component replacements include windows and doors; kitchens; bathrooms; boilers; facia, soffits and rainwater goods; lifts; and, fire alarms and safety systems.Please complete and sign and submit on eTenders the Applicant's Response Document published with the Contract Notice. Building fire safety and risk assessment services for apartment blocks and multi-unit development Tenderers will be required to complete building Fire Risk Assessments of CHI propertiesPlease complete and sign and submit on eTenders the Applicant's Response Document published with the Contract Notice. Lot 243327: 3.
