Health Education England are putting out this notice as a PIN (Prior Information Notice) with a view to completing a Direct Award to Citizen Connect (Axia Digital) The case for direct award can be found on the tender portal. HEE is seeking a provider to add additional functionality to the Centre for Advancing Practice portal which facilitates the upload and evaluation of portfolios of evidence. HEE believes that it is highly unlikely for any other supplier to be able to provide the following skills/tools provided by Citizen Connect (Axia Digital) as a current supplier for the following reasons: 1. Citizen Connect (Axia Digital) have developed the core portal and hold the Intellectual Property of the code for the functionality. 2. The full functionality will only be realised with complete integration with the existing portal. 3. Citizen Connect (Axia Digital) has access to expertise and experience in the development of educational and portfolio platforms. https://health-family-contract-search.secure.force.com/?SearchType=Projects All communications should be made via the messaging function on the Health Family eTendering portal. The financial envelope for this PIN is £40,000 The closing date of this PIN is midday on 20/06/2022
