Tender description

The Scottish Government Office of the Chief Economic Advisor (OCEA) wishes to commission research exploring the performance of the Scottish 4G Infill Programme against Investment Objectives. It is essential that we are able to assess Value for Money of this scheme in terms of understanding the social, economic, environmental and other benefits to households, businesses and communities of improvements in mobile connectivity. The Scottish 4G Infill Programme (S4GI) is a SG-funded, £25 million programme which is delivering 4G mobile infrastructure and services in selected so-called mobile “notspots” throughout rural Scotland.
