Value for Money Evaluation Support

Tender description

Through this Invitation to Tender (ITT), Connected Places Catapult is seeking independent support to provide expertise on the appropriate methodology it should adopt to demonstrate Value for Money from the public investment it receives on an annual basis. It is anticipated that the work will be split into two phases with the first being recommendations of the approach(es) that could be adopted, and analysis of the readiness of Connected Places Catapult to implement. Subject to the outputs from this Phase, Connected Places Catapult will look to commission a secondary Phase to implement the recommendations made. Please note that any methodology or approach recommended should be in line with recognised guidance published by HM Treasury best practice.
