Timber floor refurbishment works to various OIC properties for a contract period of 3 years with an option to extend 1-2 years upon agreement of both parties To undertake various refurbishment works to timber floors over three years, the works include the following: the preparation, sanding, filling, priming, sealing, re-lining and finishing of the timber floors. There is an option to extend the contract by 1-2 years upon agreement of both parties. There are 8 properties which are mainly schools and sports centres located on the Orkney mainland and outer isles. The contractor would be required to visit each property to undertake the refurbishment works according to the specific refurbishment requirements for each floor. the contractor would also be required to provide details of floor coatings and suggested maintenance information.
