AWARD Provision of User Centred Design services VARIATION The value of this variation is £6,282,541 and the Expiry Date has been extended by nine months to 31st October 2024. This variation is being made in accordance with Regulation 72(1)(a) and 72(1)(b) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The services provided under the contract remain the same, being the provision of User Centred Design services across multiple Directories. However, there has been an unforeseen need to extend the contract for a further nine months while the re-procurement, ahead of a planned 2024 award, is completed. During the original and extended term, there has been a non-substantial amendment to the contract, reflecting the agile nature of the services. The revised value of the contract is now £21,979,109 It should be noted that it has also come to the attention of NHS England that the original Award Value included in the CF Award Notice was incorrect. The accurate Award Value of the contract should have been stated as £16,505,048.75 including the optional extension provisioned in the contract.
