NCBI seeking proposals for a marketing and advertising partner to develop a comprehensive marketing and advertising campaign to rebrand the organisation (its logo, name, identity etc.). This campaign must be multi faceted across many advertising channels over a 2 year period and targeted at a variety of audiences from service users, clinicians, hospital staff, shop customers, donors, policy makers, politicians and public.
