Housing Related Support Services Framework

Tender description

A review into the current provision of housing related support for vulnerable single adults, young people and young parents has been carried out and provides the basis for the services set out in the Framework specification (Annex A). To deliver these requirements, Southampton City Council (hereby The Council) wishes to work with a number of providers who can demonstrate that they have the ability to deliver high quality housing related support services to vulnerable single adults, young people and young parents. Lot 1: Accommodation with 24hr staff (Adults) Lot 1 contains the following contract lots: - Lot 1a Accommodation with 24hr staff (Adults) - Lot 1b Accommodation with 24hr staff (Adults) - Lot 1c Accommodation with 24hr staff (Adults) - Lot 1d Accommodation with 24hr staff (Young People) Lot 2: Accommodation support (Adults) Lot 2 contains the following contract lots: - Lot 2a Accommodation support (Adults) - Lot 2b Accommodation support High/Med (Adults) - Lot 2c Accommodation support Med /Low (Adults) - Lot 2d Accommodation support High/Med (Young People) - Lot 2e Accommodation support Med/Low (Young People) - Lot 2f Alcohol Accommodation support (Adults) Lot 3: Housing First Lot 3 contains the following contract lot: - Lot 3a Housing First (Adults and Young People) Lot 4: Accommodation Based Support For Young Parents Lot 4 contains the following contract lot: - Lot 4a Accommodation Support (Young Parents) Lot 5: Non-Accommodation based support (Lots 5a- 5c) Lot 5 contains the following contract lots: - Lot 5a Non-Accommodation support (Adults) - Lot 5b Non-Accommodation support (Young People) - Lot 5c Non-Accommodation support (Young People) Lot 6: Additional services Lot 6 contains the following services: - Lot 6a Additional Support Hours - Lot 6b Additional Accommodation units and support - Lot 6c Innovative HRS services - Lot 6d Other These services will be tendered by mini-competition call-offs over the life of the Framework
