GB-Bedford: Bedford Hospital South Wing - Design and build of Electrical Infrastructure Phase 1

Tender description

NOTE: This notice was updated on 25 January 2022 for the following reason: Extension of tender deadline by two weeks to 25 February 2021(Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust wishes to appoint a Contractor to develop the package of information as a design and build project, developing the design, supply, install, test and commission of a complete substation and all equipment and connections as part of their works for the substation HV4 project at Bedford Hospital South Wing. The project comprises of the phase 1 upgrade of the electrical infrastructure project to provide a new High Voltage (HV) and principle Low Voltage (LV) distribution system, comprising of a new substation HV4 and housing at Bedford Hospital to provide a system which meets the latest NHS recommendations and supports the future Trust redevelopment plans. Tender includes the following design package- RIBA stage 4A MEP design and RIBA stage architectural and structural designs.)
