Framework for the Hire of Vehicles (Self-Drive) 2021

Tender description

Hampshire County Council invited organisations to tender for a multi-supplier framework suppling hire vehicles on a self-drive basis, within the county of Hampshire. Call-offs from the framework will be made as and when required for vehicles ranging from small, medium to large cars, vans, people movers, 4 x 4's and shall include 17 seat minibuses. Lot 1: Lot 1 - Fleet and surrounding area of Hampshire Hire of vehicles on a self-drive basis to be delivered and collected within the geographical area of Aldershot, Farnborough, Fleet and Yateley in Hampshire. Lot 2: Lot 2 - Basingstoke and surrounding area of Hampshire Hire of vehicles on a self-drive basis including delivery and collection in the Basingstoke, Hook and Tadley area of Hampshire. Lot 3: Lot 3 - Andover and surrounding area of Hampshire Hire of vehicles including delivery and collection in the Andover, Micheldever, Whitchurch and Winchester area of Hampshire. Lot 4: Lot 4: Bordon and surrounding area of Hampshire Hire of vehicles on a self-drive basis including delivery and collection in the Alton, Bordon, Farnham and Liphook area of Hampshire. Lot 5: Lot 5 - Alresford and surrounding area of Hampshire Hire of vehicles on a self-drive basis including delivery and collection in the Alresford, Micheldever and Winchester area of Hampshire. Lot 6: Lot 6 - Bishops Waltham and surrounding area of Hampshire Hire of vehicles on a self-drive basis, including delivery and collection in the Bishop Waltham, Fareham, Havant, Petersfield and Portsmouth area of Hampshire. Lot 7: Lot 7 - Eastleigh and surrounding area of Hampshire Hire of vehicles on a self-drive basis, including delivery and collection in the Eastleigh, Fareham, Southampton and Romsey area of Hampshire. Lot 8: Lot 8 - New Milton and surrounding area of Hampshire Hire of vehicles on a self-drive basis, including delivery and collection in the Fordingbridge, New Milton, Ringwood and Totton area of Hampshire.
