Electrical Upgrade Works, including all associated Builders Attendances. The works include the provision of the new electrical containment systems, and some remedial works to the existing main electrical distribution centre and sub-distribution centres, provision of additional power distribution services, Normal and Emergency Lighting and associated lighting controls, provision of a new fire alarm and intruder alarm system, and all associated builder’s attendances, etc.
