Tender description

"Current database is not fit for purpose and unsupported by IT Dept. It is a redundant piece of software that we do not have any external support for either. We must have a database for our service to record enquiries, cases, intervention levels, evaluation and also to report on these. Reporting is required from our LA but also externally to report on external funding received. Our regional peers all use this system and it is working well for everything that they need and of most our national peers use Cross data too. The Childrens Disabled Council have also advised that they will using this system to help with national reporting as so many services already have it. "
