Provision of Water Coolers

Tender description

A Contract for the Provision of Water Coolers is required to provide water across the SCTS Estate. The Provision of Water Coolers Contract will cover the entire SCTS estate and its duration will be 4 years (a 2 year contract with the ability for SCTS to extend for a further 12 months and then another 12 months). This Contract will include Plumbed in Water Coolers, Bottled Water Coolers and Consumables. The Plumbed in Water Coolers will include cold and ambient – free standing, cold and ambient – table top (existing coolers), cold and ambient – table top (any additional), bi-annual sanitisations and filter changes and call out for parts/labour/maintenance. The Bottled Water Coolers will include cold and ambient – free standing, quarterly sanitisations and filter changes and call out for parts/labour/maintenance. Finally, consumables will include 18.5 ltr Water Bottles, 11.0 ltr Water Bottles, Refundable Bottle Deposits, 9oz Plastic Cups, 7oz BIO cups and 4 tier bottle racks.
