MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND IMPROVEMENT WORKS\r \r ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS, LIGHTNING PROTECTION SYSTEMS, PHOTOVOLTAIC INSTALLATIONS, EMERGENCY LIGHTING AND PORTABLE APPLIANCE TESTING\r Electrical Installations\r a) Programmed inspection and testing of domestic electrical installations, including remedying Classification Code C1 & C2 defects, and Landlord's electrical installations. \r b) Complete or partial renewal of electrical installations within dwellings.\r c) Complete or partial renewal of Landlord's electrical installations.\r \r NOTE: Other than for remedying defects, Response Repairs will be carried out by the Employer.\r \r Photovoltaic Installations\r \r a) Programmed inspection, testing and maintenance of photovoltaic installations including remedial works.\r \r Emergency Lighting Installations\r a) Programmed inspection, testing and maintenance of emergency lighting installations including remedial works. \r \r Portable Appliance Testing\r a) Programmed inspection and testing of portable appliances \r \r Lightning Conductors\r a) Programmed inspection, testing and maintenance of lightning conductor installations including remedial works.
