GB-Long Stratton: Delivery of new manager management development training

Tender description

Approximately 50 new managers (either through promotion or new employees joining the Councils) were appointed in management roles during 2020/21 as such we anticipate running at least a biannual new manager programme, however this is subject to change depending on demand (i.e. the programme could be run more frequently if the business demands is there). The Council's have 3 levels of management; Leadership (MD, Directors and Assistant Directors), Middle Managers (direct reports of leadership team) and First line managers (all other managers) as such there is a requirement for the management development programme to be developed and delivered for the different levels of management.
