Colaiste Chiarain consists of a large number of classrooms and specialist rooms and is located in Leixlip, Co. Kildare. The scope of the works will be as follows: • Replacement of the existing power and general services and sub distribution boards in the woodwork and metalwork rooms. • Replacement of the existing lighting and emergency lighting services in the woodwork and metalwork rooms. • Replacement of the existing fire detection services in the woodwork and metalwork rooms. • Replacement of an existing 18,000 litre cold water storage tank. • Demonstration and handover to the client. • All associated electrical works for the project. • All builders’ works associated with the above. • All associated mechanical works as indicated on the tender documents. • All other items as indicated in drawings and detailed in specifications.
