Tender description

Demolition of existing buildings at 56-60 Farmstead Road, London SE6 and the construction of 3, three-storey blocks to provide 24 self contained flats (16 x 2B, 8 x 3B) together with all associated works including the provision of hard and soft landscaping, refuse storage, cycle parking, installation of an electricity subsation, ancillary works and the creation of an access onto Farmstead Road. The homes will be to PHI Low Energy Buildings standard and works will be under a JCT D&B Contract for Phoenix Community Housing. Lot 1: Selection of a shortlist of contractors to carry out works for the construction of 24 flats to Passivhaus Low Energy Buildings Standard under a JCT D&B 2016 contract at Farmstead Road, London SE6. Additional information: This Invitation to Participate document sets out the information which a potential tenderer is required to provide to draw up a list of qualified applicants to invite to tender. The Selection Questionnaire and the supplementary Project Specific questionnaire will enable Phoenix to evaluate the eligibility, technical and professional ability, and experience of the candidates.
