WDC - Provision of Temporary buildings for use as Polling Stations - inclusive of generators, outdoor lighting, and toilets.

Tender description

Tenders are invited for the provision of Temporary Buildings to use as polling stations (including the provision of Generators, Outdoor Lighting and Toilets). Warwick District Council is looking for a contractor to provide temporary buildings each year that an election occurs within Warwick District. All Temporary Buildings should include Generators, Outdoor Lighting and Toilets as detailed in the specification. The Authority may request additional temporary buildings to those stated above as and when required. Additional buildings will be subject to providing 3 months' notice. The contract will be for a period of five [5] years commencing 1 July 2022 The Contract Value is approximately £40,000.
