Security Services Contract

Tender description

The Associations require 1 contractor to operate Northern Ireland wide to provide the services described. The Employer requires the Security Services for a period of two years with 2 further optional extensions (at Radius' discretion) of 12 months each (2+1+1). The Radius Housing Securities Contract must meet the following objectives; 1. Provide best practice in Security Services to allow Radius to discharge its duty of care obligations to customers and staff. 2. Be delivered cost effectively and represent optimal value for money 3. Ultimately improve Radius Housing customer satisfaction As an actively developing Housing Sector, the Authority reserves the right to increase / decrease the number of site locations as is necessary.
