Tender description
To deliver all painting, decorating and plastering services to Fife Housing Group for the next 3 year period. This will involve internal and external painting services covering our reactive repairs and maintenance service, our planned programme and also our cyclical programme. To deliver the Fife Housing Group painting, decorating and plastering works for our reactive, planned and cyclical programmes. The appointment is for a period of 3 years with the option to extend this after this period for a period of 24 months (in two separate 12 month extensions)
