Learning Partner for the Anchor Programme

Learning Partner required for major London funding programme: City Bridge Trust (CBT) is seeking an experienced Learning Partner for a 2-year period to support a new £20m funding programme. The programme aims to provide up to ten years of funding, supporting Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) across London. Funded CSOs will be well grounded within the community or communities they serve, and actively convening, motivating and connecting people (or organisations) to improve lives. CSOs will be involved in developing and assessing the programme, ensuring it supports their aspirations for the communities they work with, and helps them in managing related challenges and barriers. The Learning Partner will be independent, dynamic and experienced in developmental evaluation. CBT is open to proposals from individuals, organisations or collaborations. Working with CBT and CSOs, the Partner will bring their expertise to this work and will generate ongoing insights into the programme and funder/funded organisation relationships, enabling all involved to refine their work based on evidence, and benefiting the wider sector.
