Lot 1 - 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support services.<br/>Lot 2 - Network Management Services<br/>Lot 3 - Security Operations Centre<br/>Lot 4 - Cloud Management Print Services.<br/>Please note that we require the services included within Lot 3 - Security Operations Centre - to be provided by a supplier independent of those providing services in Lots 1, 2 and 4. Lot 1: Locala Community Partnerships CIC (Locala) is an independent Community Interest Company providing NHS community services across Kirklees, Bradford, Calderdale and Manchester. We deliver services from over 50 locations and most of our clinical colleagues are mobile workers visiting patients at home. Our care and support are provided at home and in clinics, schools, and health centres by our team of health visitors, district nurses, therapists, and other dedicated health care professionals. We currently employ approximately 1500 people.<br/><br/>www.locala.org.uk<br/><br/>Locala's existing IT infrastructure contract is due to expire February 2023. This includes 1st, 2nd and 3rd line Support Service, Lot 2 Network Management Services, Lot 3 Security Operations Centre, Lot 4 Cloud Managed Print Services<br/><br/>*Please note that we require the services included within Lot 3 - Security Operations Centre - to be provided by a supplier independent of those providing services in Lots 1, 2 and 4. <br/><br/>Bidders must have the following:<br/>• Be accredited to ISO9001 and evidence this.<br/>• Be accredited to ISO20000 or work to ITILv3 and evidence this.<br/>• Be accredited to ISO27001 and evidence this.<br/>• Where required, be eligible to provide HSCN connectivity and evidence this.<br/>• Be GDPR IG Toolkit<br/>• Hold sufficient technical accreditation with relevant vendors and manufacturers (e.g., Microsoft) and evidence this.<br/>• Adhere to industry recognised project management methodologies.<br/><br/>We anticipate this contract to be for 5 years with options to extend.
