Planned and reactive maintenance of heating and ventilation system. Lot 1: The award of a contract for the provision of planned maintenance services and reactive maintenance works for heating, ventilation and associated plant within the University’s premises. The contract will comprise of planned and reactive maintenance services to the following: - Wet system heating plant including pumps, actuating valve and solenoids etc. - Portable hot water heating plant stored and instantaneous - High level radiant and indirect air heating plant - Direct air heating plant - Heating distribution pipework fittings and equipment - Mains water distribution pipework, fittings and equipment - Gas distribution pipework, fittings and equipment - Water pressurisation plant - Air handling units and fans - Distribution ductwork, fittings and equipment - Storage tanks, cisterns and clarifiers - Hot and cold-water distribution pipework, fittings and equipment - Swimming pool heating and ventilation plant - Swimming pool plant - HVAC electrical control equipment (excluding BMS network equipment) - Over door heaters
