Tender description

Hywel Dda University Health Board has 48 General Practices (44 independent contractors and 4 managed practices) across seven Primary Care Clusters and are seeking to commission an external provider to undertake demand and capacity modelling for General Practices. The work should also support consideration of the work at a Primary Care Cluster level to support and inform any changes to accessibility to services, workforce considerations etc. The successful company will have a good track record of undertaking this work already within in Wales and be able to demonstrate the ability to form good rapport with Practices to support them through this work.
