Tender description

RCH requires to procure the services of a company to undertake Large Volume Printing & Mailing services. RCH requires to procure the services of an experienced and competent bulk print and mailing company to undertake our large volume print requirements, e.g. RCH Headed Notepaper, Scottish Secure Tenancy Booklets. There will also be the requirement on occasion to not only print RCH’s requirement, but to then post the requirement directly to our tenants, e.g. Tenant Newsletters, Debtor Invoices. Further information on our potential Print & Mailing requirements are contained within the pricing schedule at Appendix C. RCH will discuss each print job in detail with the successful bidder to ensure the requirements are understood and achievable prior to placing any orders. At no additional cost, the successful bidder should provide guidance on printing options, for example, on binding, finishing, etc. Prior to being taken forward to a full tender evaluation, interested parties must demonstrate they have the requisite resources, skills and experience to be considered for the contract. The contract will run for 2 years with the option to extend this for a further 2, 12 month periods.
