21 098 - Supply and Installation of Level Access Showers

Tender description

We (the Council) want to appoint a single Contractor with the right technical skills and experience to the Level Access Showers Framework. The Contractor must have the right technical skills and experience to deliver high quality building works that are affordable, and are trustworthy so they can work in vulnerable residents' homes. The Contractor must be very customer focused, flexible and accommodating of the needs of vulnerable people when working in their homes. Any work awarded through this Framework will be carried out in occupied domestic premises; it is important for Contractors to be aware of this when tendering for this Framework. The works within the scope of this Framework are disability adaptations to create level access showers and other accessible showers in domestic properties. All other disability adaptations, equipment and home repairs are commissioned through other contracting arrangements.
