West London Alliance (WLA) - Net Zero Supplier Zoom Event - 24th May 2022

<p>Dear Supplier,</p> <p>The London Borough of Hounslow has a target to be a net zero authority by 2030.</p> <p>We know that the majority of our carbon impact comes from the goods and services we procure. We therefore need your support if we are to achieve our targets and become net zero for our residents and businesses.&nbsp;</p> <p>To work towards this, the eight West London Authorities and West London Waste have collaborated on developing a combined approach to engaging our suppliers on low and zero carbon. This will give you greater consistency and certainty.</p> <p>We would like to invite you to an online session the WLA are running to explain this in more detail to you.</p> <p>We will be seeking your input on what you are already doing, or planning to do, to reduce your carbon emissions.
