- To ensure that the assets under the control or responsibility of Rutland County Council are managed and monitored to mitigate the development of legionella bacteria and other hazardous materials as far as is reasonably practical and that any nonconformities are identified and actioned in a timely and cost efficient manner. - To undertake risk assessments and monitoring activities that will assist the Council in complying with all relevant legislative requirements.
