The Office of Public Works (OPW) seeks proposals from authorised resellers for the renewal of Starleaf Endpoint and Conferencing subscriptions.

Tender description

• The OPW is seeking proposals for the renewal of the following subscriptions and options o Starleaf Room System Subscription - Enterprise - (1 Year) x 30 o StarLeaf Business Named Host Meeting Plan - 1 year (priced per host) x 25 – plus options for 50, 100 • Tenderers must provide costing for 1 year and 3 year renewal options. • Tenderers will be evaluated according to the 1 Year total ex vat. • Tenderers must provide costs for all items in Section 2: Pricing Schedule. Tenderers that fail to provide costs for any single item will be eliminated from the competition. • Any contract that may result from this competition will be issued for a period of 12 months with an option to increase to extend by 12 months with a maximum of 2 such extension. The closing date for receipt of tenders is 12 noon 13th May 2022. Tenders must be submitted via the electronic post box available on www.etenders.gov.ie
