Independent Patient Safety Council Research Project on Patient Safety Incidents Policy

Tender description

Conduct a literature review, undertake consultation with key stakeholders and prepare a report for the Independent Patient Safety Council of research findings answering the research question “What should be the culture and values underpinning patient safety incidents management within the Irish health service?” AND Support the Independent Patient Safety Council to produce recommendations on the utilisation of these principles and cultural norms in the development of policy and legislation for patient safety incident pathways.
