Tender description
The purpose of this procurement exercise is to ensure the provision of a cost effective, efficient and reliable Hard Facilities Management service to support the Estates Team; providing SECAmb with safe, compliant and fully functioning properties from which the service is operated, and staff are working. Lot 1: Hard FM Managed Service to all the Authority's properties and assets, including: • All statutory and mandatory maintenance - PPM and Reactive. • Provision of 24/7/365 helpdesk. • Provision of web based CAFM to collate, and maintain records of all assets and repairs and maintenance records.
