Supplier Engagement Update & Request for Information – Development Partner Framework This supplier engagement update and Request for Information is to support the Development Partner Framework Strategy Review. Further to the Prior Information Notice dispatched by Network Rail on 11th April 2022 (ref: 2022/S 000-009657) and the Supplier Partner Event on 26th April 2022, this document sets out Network Rail’s Questionnaire that seeks to gather market feedback on the proposed approach to the procurement of a Development Partner Framework for Control Period 7 (CP7). The RFI will focus on how the market views the proposed procurement strategy, the capacity and capability in the market and potential contracting models to deliver the work packages. Your feedback will help inform Network Rail how best to deliver potential procurement events in the future.
