Lot 1: Lot 1 Electrical Maintenance Services HRI & Subsidiaries are seeking a suitably resourced supplier to manage a range of Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing maintenance services at Horse Racing Ireland Headquarters Ballymany, the Curragh, County Kildare. It is anticipated that an initial SLA of two year’s duration for both lots and will be entered into with the successful tenderer(s) with the option to extend annually up to a maximum of four years. Lot 2: Lot 2 Mechanical /Plumbing Maintenance Services HRI & Subsidiaries are seeking a suitably resourced supplier to manage a range of Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing maintenance services at Horse Racing Ireland Headquarters Ballymany, the Curragh, County Kildare.
