South Kesteven District Council has tendered for the provision of an Integrated Housing Management solution, run via Further Competition from the Crown Commercial Services Framework RM3821, Lot 2B - Environment and Planning. The aims/objectives/service priorities for this contract are: A full CRM (Customer Record Management) dashboard highlighting the customer their tenancies, properties, historic contacts and ongoing cases/needs Our staff to live view and update details whilst in a tenant's home Tenants and leaseholders to view their accounts, request repairs, and manage their details from online portals at anytime of the day or night Our contractors to receive and update works orders and programmes of works via an online contractor portal Customer complaints, Anti-Social Behaviour cases, to be stored and managed through effective system-based workflows Real time reporting enabling true business led decisions to be taken These are just a few benefits that can be realised from procuring and implementing a new Integrated Housing Management System.
