Tender description

The University is carrying out soft market testing for the above project, and is keen to engage with suppliers early on in this process to hear their opinion and ideas on this project, including providing an estimated cost. This is NOT a call for competition at this stage but to allow suppliers to engage with the University to help us understand the different solutions available in the marketplace, the strengths and weaknesses of them, and then for the University to review the responses which will aid in decision making and any future formal procurement exercise.
