Supported Living Housing - Competitive Dialogue

Nottinghamshire County Council ran a competitive dialogue process with a view to meeting its requirements for experienced Housing Provider(s) to source and provide accommodation and to work in partnership with Support Providers as contracted by Nottinghamshire County Council. Lot 1: ‘Move-on’ Accommodation Provision of 12 units of accommodation in the South of Nottinghamshire County. Lot 4: Highly Specialist Housing One scheme of highly specialist housing accessing NHS capital for a minimum of 5 people in Mansfield or Ashfield or Broxtowe. Lot 2: Standard Supported Living Tenancies One cluster of 16 ‘standard’ supported living tenancies (to include one shared unit for 4 people ) and 4 self-contained ‘plus’ units: 20 units in total. Lot 3: Standard and Plus Supported Living Tenancies One cluster of 12 self-contained ‘standard’ supported living tenancies and 4 self-contained ‘plus’ units: 16 units in total.
