The City of London Corporation is looking to undertake a soft market testing exercise (SMT) for a Building Energy Management System (BEMS) maintenance contract. Lot 1: The City of London Corporation is looking to undertake a soft market testing exercise (SMT) for a Building Energy Management System (BEMS) maintenance to ascertain the current approach from the market in the approach to BEMS maintenance including current innovation and market trends. The City is looking for market feedback on how BEMS maintenance can be delivered in a collaborative manner in conjunction with FM Suppliers to deliver energy efficiency and end user comfort. The City also seeks Supplier feedback as to the breadth and quality of data (e.g., asset registers and schematics) required for tender documentation.
