Tender description

MEDITE Europe DAC is looking for a suitably qualified Construction company for works comprising of the construction of a new electrical building that surrounds and encloses an existing electrical building. The successful tenderer shall be required to act as Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) as per the requirements of the relevant health & safety legislation. The following safety information is enclosed to facilitate tenderers: - • Preliminary Health & Safety Plan prepared by PSDP in accordance with Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013, • Underground Services Information The works comprise briefly of the following: • Site Clearance & removal off-site any waste material. • Demolition and removal offsite of existing footpaths to rear & side of existing building. • Construction of new electrical building surrounding the existing electrical building and all associated works as per Frank Fox & Associates Drawings and Specifications. o 221082 Tender Drawing Issue Sheet o 221082 -F/01 Foundation Layout o 221082 -G/01 Ground Floor Layout o 221082 -G/02 Ground Floor Details o 221082 -SW/01 Stanchion Layout o 221082 -SW/02 Steelwork Sections o 221082 -SW/03 Steelwork Elevation. Sheet 2 o 221082 -SW/05 Roof Steelwork Layout o 221082 -SW/06 Soffit Steelwork Layout Limitations on Contractors Working Conditions Contractors shall note that the entirety of these works will take place within a live operating Manufacturing Plant and Contractors will be required to agree all access and egress times and routes to the work faces daily with the Medite Projects Department for plant, materials, and labour. Contractors shall be aware that the electrical infrastructure within the electrical building will remain operational for the entire duration of the works.
