*As this is a listed building, liaising with the conservation/heritage architect will be required for all works Remove roof tiles on the curved Bay of the Chapel to repair leaks. This entails inspecting the sub-slate build up installing a roofing waterproof breather membrane, reinstalling the battens and slates Seal up unused chimney pots with ventilated caps Insulate suspended ground floor and install air tightness membrane from basement (245M2) Insulate the walls of the chapel using 50mm Diathonite levelling lime cork plaster with 50mm Calsitherm and Gutex breathable insulation with lime plaster finish coat plaster. This involves removing the oak wainscoting insulating the returns in the window shutter boxes and liaising with the conservation/heritage architect, and reinstalling the oak panelling post renovation measures Install 300mm of mineral wool insulation into attic (250 m2) with a conductivity of 0.035 W/m.K to deliver a U-value of 0.127 W/m²K . In addition to energy savings, this shall improve thermal comfort of building and make it more airtight. Install a new sustainable Heating System and heating controls.
