DUD - Electrical Inspection, Maintenance and Installation Contract 2021-2025 - AWARD

Tender description

The Council is looking to procure a contract for Electrical Inspection, maintenance and installation works within Dudley Borough and potentially for use by other contracting authorities. The Works to be procured and called off through the two separate contract Lots will include any of the following, however this is not an exhaustive list: Lot 1 - the elements of this Contract will comprise o Section C Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports o Section E Carrying out Communal Electrical Repairs & Installations o Section F Installing Electrical Cabling Containment & Cables o Section G Carrying out PAT testing - Lot 2 - the elements of the contract will comprise o Section D Carrying out Domestic Electrical Repairs & Installations o Section F Installing Electrical Cabling Containment & Cables The contract works will comprise of 2 Lots (each being a separate contract). Each tenderer will be required to price the Schedule of Rates for both Lots. One contractor cannot be awarded both LOTS.
