Tender description
The Authority wishes to procure a highly experienced and skilled technical Project Manager who has technical experience of managing complex heat network projects. The Project Manager will undertake stakeholder engagement, and work with public sector partners to project manage the Detailed Project Development stage for combining the two district energy opportunities in the Borough of North East Lincolnshire: • Diana Princess of Wales Hospital (DPoW) and around; and • Grimsby Tec Partnership (GTP -previously known as Grimsby Institute of Further and Higher Educations (GIFHE) and around
