Tender description
Housing Needs & Demand Assessment for the Braes of Glenlivet and project development services. The Tomintoul & Glenlivet Development Trust (TGDT) is seeking a consultant to undertake a HNDA to ascertain the viability of a community led affordable housing project in the Braes of Glenlivet. If the need and demand for new affordable housing are considered sufficient, TGDT would propose to to develop a project and application to the Rural Housing Fund.
