Dynamics 365 Maintenance and Support 1st February 2023 - 31st January 2024: 7.5 day NEAS Service leads Karen Gardner/Luke Evans this is an annual fee but without formal agreement - The SLA from Ashton Court is an annual subscription which Commercial Training need to maintain the CRM system. Essentially this is a payment of 0.5 days a month to update any glitches and create new workflows to help the CRM system work more efficiently.
