Supply & Installation of Air Source Heating System

Tender description

Argyll College are looking to appoint a single supplier for the Supply & Installation of Air Source Heating System, and to include some minor works to the domestic water services and ventilation. As part of this work the supplier shall include for stripping out redundant services where directed, and for providing new installations as generally detailed in the tender packages of information. Electrical Services works associated with the proposed Mechanical Services shall also form part of the contract. The works comprise of providing new services (mechanical water, heating, and cooling) to the proposed college building. The building is split over 2 floors with a Ground Floor and First Floor that consists of general office, lecture, meeting spaces, canteen areas, toilets, circulation, and kitchen areas.
